Vachetta Leather Protein Stain Remover - Kit-V5.ps by Leather Doctor is formulated to remove protein based stains that tends to coagulated. LeatherProteinRemover-9.9 is developed to deflocculates coagulating protein stains such as body-discharge, milk, cream, ice cream, egg, meat juices, vomit, perspiration, urine and other protein based stains, except blood that will require a tarnish stain remover found in Kit-V5.bs. Moreover, any staining that comes from a living animal or person will probably need this product in the removing process. Leather Acidifier-2.0 is a leather pH stabilizer that is used to rinse and neutralize to its desired neutral pH of 3 - 5 simultaneously and ensures that the leather retain its healthy squeaky feel with a wet finger testing. LeatherHydrator-3.3 relaxes stiff leather and reduces surface tension prior to fat and oil replenishing. LeatherFatliquor-5.0 replenishing rejuvenates the leather structure for softness and suppleness when dry. Surface blotchiness is even out with application of VachettaBrowningRemover-2.8 redox (reduction-oxidation) chemical treatment to lighten up any browning discoloration. LeatherProtector-D imparts a rub resistant draggy-feel against friction rubs and shield against sticky soiling while prolonging the appearance of the leather longer. Note that the mentioned products suffix numbers denotes its pH value in this holistic approach to removing protein based stains from auto-perforated leathers. This kit comes in reduced shipping weight, thus all the concentrates in the bottles have to be cut/mix with distilled water prior to use.
Instruction
Protein Stain Removal System:
1- Surface deposit are brushed away using the horsehair Brush-1.
2- Apply LeatherProteinRemover-9.9 agitate with horsehair Brush-1 and towel extract until towel shows clean.
3- Apply again to remaining stain agitates with horsehair Brush-1, let dwell 10 to 30 minutes and towel extract until towel shows clean.
4- Coagulated embedded stains may require a working tool like a bamboo skewers to ease out the stains clinically.
5- The removal process is repeated with appropriate tools and techniques to achieve the best result.
Rinsing and pH balancing System:
1- Apply LeatherAcidifier-2.0 to rinse and pH balance follows with towel extract until towel shows clean.
2- Proceed while the leather is damp to hydrating system.
Hydrating System:
1- Apply LeatherHydrator-3.3 to relax stiff and stick together fibers and to wick out suspended foreign contamination.
2- Extract suspended soiling with a dry terry cotton towel or Towel-5 until towel shows clean.
3- Proceed while to leather is damp to Fat-liquoring system:
Fat-liquoring System:
1- LeatherFatliquor-5.0 is applied and distributed with a foam brush until the leather is saturated.
2- Continuous second or third application is repeated each round the water contents evaporates until saturation.
3- Leave the leather natural drying for extra softness.
Sticky Residue Removal System:
1- Sticky fat-liquor surface residue is removed with LeatherHydrator-3.3.
2- Apply LeatherHydrator-3.3, brush with HorseHairBrush-1 until milky residue turns crystal clear.
3- Extract surface excess liquid with a dry terry cotton towel.
4- Leave the leather to natural dry
Browning Removal System:
1- Any browning discoloration is rectified by a redox (reduction-oxidation) chemical reaction treatment.
2- Apply VachettaBrowningRemover-2.8 to the entire panel and let slow natural drying to achieve the desire result.
3- Re-application for appearance satisfaction.
Rub-Resistant Protection System
1- LeatherScentedProtector-D+ is applied by mist spray and spread with paper towel, and is ready to use when dry.
